Ahmedabad: Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) convener Hardik Patel had on Friday showered criticism on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister Vijay Rupani for constantly keeping an eye on him and his supporters while scamsters like Nirav Modi and Vijay Mallya made good escape. An active Twitter user, Hardik has been known for his tweets slamming Modi and Rupani and calling out their administrative flaws.

Hardik Patel tweeted that the case of Nirav Modi bank scandal case  has been swept under the rug and the PM hasn’t fulfilled the promises he made for the future during the elections. His supporters have blind faith and even the media has been fooled. The flaws of the government are concealed from the public.

Hardik Patel said that if BJP had paid more attention to Vijaya Mallya, Nirav Modi and Videocon Co. rather than the supporters of the Andolan then these scandalous people wouldn’t have run away with the country’s money. His tweet loosely translated as, “The thieves run away while patriots like me are scrutinized by the police and the Intelligence Bureau. Influential people run away with the country’s money. The citizens of the country want to know what the nation’s watchmen are going to do about this. In attempts to catch Dawood, they lost Modi and Mallya.”

In his third tweet addressing the water problem in Gujarat, Hardik Patel said that Gujarat’s Chief Minister has advised farmers to not do farming during summer season since the government doesn’t have water to provide to them. The fact that the chief minister of the state has told the farmers to stop farming has baffled me. Hadn’t he announced in the rainy season that water preservation of the rain water has been done?

Hardik has always been under surveillance of the police since his protests demanding reservation for Patidar community gained momentum at a national level.
