New Delhi: *Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani arrived in New Delhi on Tuesday morning for a one-day official visit to build on the bilateral ties between the two countries.

Ghani met President Ram Nath Kovind and will hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will also host lunch in the honour of the Afghan leader.

External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj is also expected to call on the Ghani.

The Afghan President will also give a public address at the Vivekanand International Foundation. (ANI)
